As Director of our Property Management Department, Karen’s inspiring and motivating nature captures the heart of all who meet her. A licensed real estate agent, Karen’s industry knowledge is significant. Complemented by core qualities including the ability to listen, adapt and rapidly produce solutions, Karen excels in the art of communication.

Karen’s commitment to her role provides clients with an undeniable sense of trust and security. Coupled with a supreme energy and strong work ethic, Karen’s directorial responsibilities further broaden to include regular analysis, evaluation and reporting.

A skilled and experienced trainer, her leadership and presentation skills extend beyond the region. Invited by her peers to provide state-wide professional development conferences, Karen enjoys supporting her immediate team members, as well as her associates within the wider real estate industry.

Also a keen and talented netball player, Karen delights in working together to achieve a collective goal. Renowned for her energy and positive nature, on and off the court, she relishes in the fast paced nature of our office and the challenges and opportunities her role presents.

Residing and working locally, Karen continues to raise and school her two children here. With 15 years commitment to Richardson and Wrench Caboolture, Karen strongly believes in the concept of ‘team’ and is proud to be part of an organisation that enjoys a long standing, successful history within the local community and greater Moreton Bay region.
